Contlo aims to provide the best SaaS services and support and in certain cases, we go above and beyond to resolve any problems/queries related to the services rendered. However, Contlo does not provide a cancellation option on prepaid orders but may allow it in certain cases at Contlo’s sole discretion or in case of receipt of cancel request by the customers specifically over an email confirmation.
Due to the nature of the products, Contlo is unable to accept refund requests. As the nature of business is a subscription-based model once the trial period is over the billing starts and are considered as activation of the paid subscription plan. Contlo is more than happy to get feedback on your experience using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subscription plans at discounted prices once purchased by customers cannot be refunded or canceled in any manner. Please read the guidelines governing the billing policy.
If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before the end of your term via email.
Your subscription gets renewed automatically on the 1st of every month/quarter/year.
You can upgrade or downgrade the level of our services at any time of your usage, However, Contlo does not refund any fees in that case. If the customers stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund the fees paid for the remaining tenure. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, the customer has to write to email@example.com / customer success team.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Contlo SaaS service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.
Without limiting any other remedies, Contlo may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, Contlo will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment due on signing. Customers will receive an email from Conlto confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been canceled.
