How are messages billed?+
Email is included in your plan. SMS and WhatsApp are billed at carrier or Meta rates with no Contlo markup, since Contlo is a direct WhatsApp Cloud API provider.
What counts as a profile?+
Any person with at least one reachable identifier such as an email, phone number, push token or app user ID.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing in the dashboard. Changes are prorated.
