A sustainable sports apparel brand was looking to scale up their retention marketing by focusing across multiple channels
Problem Statement
The brand was using vanilla automations from Shopify which was giving them low conversions in abandoned cart recovery and also subscriber growth rate was not high, the primary channel being embedded default form from Shopify.
They were also looking to increase their PDP conversions by building more social proof. The current reviews app was working fine, but only collected reviews from their D2C sales, leaving all the Amazon and Flipkart reviews non-utilized for their D2C website.
